FinFlow

Use FinFlow on your computer (PC Manager)

  1. Connect your phone and computer to the same Wi-Fi.
  2. Open More > Settings > PC Manager and tap Start PC Manager. Tap Refresh any time to switch to a new port (old addresses stop working).
  3. Type the address it shows (like http://192.168.0.10:24817) into your computer's browser. The port number changes every time you start PC Manager, so always use the address shown now. If you turned on an access code, enter it there; nothing else is needed.
  4. Can't connect? Your phone may be pausing FinFlow to save battery, which also cuts its network. If the PC Manager screen shows a battery warning, tap Allow in battery settings and follow the tip shown for your phone.
  5. Adding an account on the PC works like the phone: Choose bank or wallet (search, UAE/Philippines and type filters) fills the name and, for a new account, the currency and type (Tabby becomes Pay later); typing a card number detects the network and flags typos. It has the same number fields as the phone: Card number and the card's account number for cards; Account number, IBAN, SWIFT and Linked debit card for bank accounts and e-wallets. Saved numbers show only their last 4 digits; leave them as they are to keep them, or clear one to remove it. The security code (CVV) can only be added on the phone. With the browser access code on, Edit account in the browser also has Show numbers (full numbers for 30 seconds) and Show security code (a pop-up for 30 seconds), like the phone's account page. Edit profile has the same country code and number detection for your phone number.
  6. With no access code, the browser connects straight away without showing a sign-in page. It uses your phone's theme, colors, font choice and profile photo. When the theme is System, the browser follows your phone's light or dark mode, not the computer's.
  7. Use the arrow on the edge of the side panel to hide or show it. Refresh spins while it fetches your latest data.
  8. To sign a browser out, open Settings in PC Manager and click Disconnect browser. It stays disconnected until you click Reconnect.
  9. PC Manager Settings has the same groups as the phone: currency, theme, colour theme, font, start screen, month and week start, default account, budget carry-over and bank alerts. You can also download all transactions as a CSV file there. App lock, the access code, notifications, Money coach, full card numbers, backups and erasing data stay on the phone.
  10. To attach a receipt photo on the PC, open a transaction's Edit and use Receipt photo > Attach a photo. It's saved to the phone like one taken there; Remove photo takes it off. Transactions with a photo show a paperclip that opens it.
