Add yearly costs like car insurance and registration

1. Open the asset (e.g. your car) and tap Add a yearly cost.
2. Pick Insurance, Registration, Service or Other, the amount, next due date and the account it's paid from.
3. It's saved as a bill repeating every year, so it shows in Recurring, reminders and Next month.
