Confirm repeating bills before they're recorded

1. Open More > Recurring and turn on Ask before recording (it's on unless you turned it off).
2. When a bill or income is due, FinFlow sends a notification with Record (Received for income) and Skip this time. Nothing is recorded until you tap one, so a late salary isn't counted before it arrives.
3. Repeats that are waiting show at the top of More > Recurring under Waiting for your OK, in Home > Pay, and on the PC Manager's dashboard and Recurring page, each with Record and Skip.
4. Record adds it today with its fee. Skip moves it to its next date without recording anything. To change the amount or date first, use Edit first in Home > Pay.
5. Deleting a bill's latest payment puts the bill back on the date it paid (a Nov 18 payment that moved it to Dec 18 goes back to Nov 18), and Undo moves it on again. Deleting an older payment leaves the date alone. With Ask before recording off, a bill whose date has already passed stays on its next date, because it would otherwise record itself again.
