Turn gradients on or off
- Open More > Settings > Appearance and turn Gradients off (or on).
- On (the default), the whole app uses two-colour (duotone) blends: each area goes diagonally from your theme colour at the top-left into a neighbouring colour at the bottom-right (Forest: green into teal; Blue: into indigo; Rose: into coral). That covers the background of every screen; Total balance and other feature panels; every card and list (Safe to spend, Next month, Upcoming payments, This month, accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, settings), which in light mode are near-white blending into a pale mint (the theme's partner colour) and float on a layered shadow (tight at the edge plus a wide soft one) instead of a border, and in dark mode are charcoal with a subtle teal tint, a faint light along the top edge and a deep shadow; the + button and main buttons (Save, Use amount, Set date); the selected choice in filters, segments and the bottom bar; avatars; pop-up sheets; and home-screen widgets (in every widget style).
- Off draws all of these in one flat colour of your theme.
- Card and account artwork, text boxes and charts stay as they are either way. The PC Manager follows the same switch (Settings > Preferences > Gradients there too): page background, panels, main buttons and the sidebar.
In the app: Open Appearance
