Add anything fast (hold the + button)

1. Tap + at the bottom to add a transaction.
2. Press and hold + for a menu: Add expense, Add income, Add account, New goal, New budget, Recurring bill and Bank alerts. Pick one to go straight there. While the menu is open the + turns into an x: tap it, or anywhere outside the menu, to close.
3. In PC Manager, use Quick add next to Add transaction for the same list.
